Your Impact:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle at CorralData. You will drive business value from onboarding through renewal by establishing and maintaining long-term, positive customer relationships.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Providing positive interactions with new, existing, and potential customers on a regular basis.
  • Creating and implementing customer service policies and procedures to ensure and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Providing a smooth onboarding process for new clients to establish long-term, positive customer relationships 
  • Facilitating communication between CorralData technical support, project managers, and clients
  • Promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty by demonstrating an understanding of their business needs and helping them achieve their goals using CorralData
  • Organizing and leading internal and client meetings
  • Ensuring deliverables are managed and executed
  • Always looking to improve workflow processes and discover more efficient ways to leverage various tools to consistently improve the CorralData/customer relationship.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in a client/customer facing role at a SaaS, Digital Agency, or other technical company
  • Demonstrated knowledge of web-based technologies and the ability to translate technical concepts to clients in easy to understand language
  • Comfortable and confident managing client expectations 
  • A strong aptitude for learning new technologies 
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships   
  • A passion for solving customer needs
  • Simple and effective communication skills both written and on the phone
  • A deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of analytics and how it can drive their business objectives
