FEATURED CASE STUDY

4Ever Young

4Ever Young is a national antiaging and wellness franchise operating 68 centers across the United States, each offering injectable, skin, and wellness service lines under a shared brand. As the network scaled, corporate leadership had no unified view of how the business was performing, and no system designed to bridge the gap between what corporate needed to see and what franchisees were willing to share. 4Ever Young brought in CorralData to build the franchise operations command center the network had been missing.

CHALLENGE

68 Locations, Zero Shared View

4Ever Young operates 68 antiaging and wellness centers, each running on a shared Zenoti instance for EMR and point-of-sale and a dedicated GoHighLevel CRM sub-account for local marketing. At the corporate level, that architecture created a visibility gap leadership couldn’t bridge. Even a basic cross-network question required manual exports, platform reconciliation, and imports into PowerBI, producing answers that were too slow to act on.

The harder problem was trust. At franchise scale, the visibility corporate needed risked making every franchisee feel monitored rather than supported. The system 4Ever Young needed had to give leadership the tools to spot where the network was drifting, and give franchisees the intelligence to manage their own performance without waiting for corporate to tell them where they stood.

SOLUTION

One Intelligence Platform Across Every Center and Every Channel

CorralData built the franchise operations command center 4Ever Young had been missing. Zenoti, all per-location GoHighLevel sub-accounts, Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics 4, and Medvelle now flow into one HIPAA-compliant, governed warehouse, fully automated, replacing manual exports entirely. Corporate gets a top-down cross-franchise view. Every franchise location gets its own dedicated intelligence layer, governed by Row Level Security so each manager sees exactly their center’s data and nothing else.

A Franchise Operations Command Center

The Enterprise & Franchise System Health Data App gives corporate a real-time cross-location view of revenue, utilization, CRM leads, and new guest acquisition across all 68 centers, filterable by location and date range with no data request required.

AI continuously monitors center performance and surfaces what a static report would miss: which centers are underutilizing capacity, which are drifting from their revenue trajectory, where the gap between leads and bookings is widening. The Schedule Gaps Next Week widget extends that forward — AI flags open appointment slots the week they appear so operators can fill capacity before it becomes lost revenue.

The Marketing Performance & Acquisition Data App closes the loop on the acquisition side. GoHighLevel lead data connects to Zenoti booking outcomes per location and per channel, so acquisition tactics map to actual booking behavior rather than what a per-location ad account reports. Cost Per Lead and Speed to Lead surface across every center’s Google and Meta spend simultaneously, so corporate sees not just whether marketing is working but which locations’ marketing is working. In the medspa space, where a lead that doesn’t get a response within minutes is often a lead lost, Speed to Lead isn’t a reporting metric. It’s an operational one.

Regional directors preparing for franchise reviews or leadership briefings pull either view through the CorralData MCP, directly into the tools and documents they already work in.

Franchisee Intelligence, Center by Center

Every location manager runs their center through the Manager Dashboard — a role-specific Data App that surfaces their performance without a data request to anyone. Managers benchmark their numbers against the broader 4Ever Young network and act on what they find.

AskCorral, CorralData’s AI agent, makes it conversational. A manager can ask which guests haven’t rebooked this period, where their show rate stands against the network benchmark, or which open slots next week are most at risk, getting a governed answer in seconds. The CorralData MCP extends that access into the tools franchisees already work in: a location manager preparing for a weekly ops call pulls live center performance directly into their working document without switching platforms. Those answers operationalize into a prioritized daily call list, surfacing the guests most likely to rebook, lapse, or churn.

The result: corporate doesn’t need to push accountability down. Franchisees have the tools to hold themselves accountable.

RESULTS

Revenue at Franchise Scale

When corporate can see the full network and every franchisee can see their own piece of it, the operating conditions change. Since CorralData went live across the 4Ever Young network, both sides have been working from the same picture. The results reflect it:

  • Revenue grew consistently year over year, with Q1 outpacing the prior year
  • Appointment volume and new guest acquisition both scaled significantly over 18 months
  • Monthly membership revenue increased as retention improved
  • Paid acquisition costs on Meta dropped substantially over twelve months

Growth at franchise scale rarely comes from one decision. It comes from hundreds of smaller ones: which franchisee needs a call, which channel to pull back on, which center has capacity going unfilled next week. 4Ever Young can now make all of them, consistently, from the same source of truth.
